Hope Wolthuis is a Michigan based artist known for her still life oil paintings and contemporary ceramic work. Her still life oil paintings are primarily centered around the theme of "home" and "comfort". Her ceramic work is mainly functional pottery that is crafted with both hand-building and wheel-throwing techniques. The artist is a graduate of Albion College’s Art department with a Bachelor's in Art. She is graduated with a concentration in ceramics and painting as well as a minor in Art History.
